Because each piece is crafted to your personal requirements — such as color, size, and personalization including embossed patterns or lettering — every order is unique and made exclusively for you. For this reason, handmade orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except in cases of damage in transit or a craftsmanship defect.
Your Pre-Shipment Confirmation Video
Before your order is shipped, our workshop records a detailed video of your finished wallet and sends it to you for confirmation. Please review the video carefully — including the color, size, and any personalization details — and confirm that everything is exactly as you requested. Once you approve the video, your order will be packed and shipped, and no further changes can be made.
Damaged or Defective Items
Although handmade orders are non-returnable, your satisfaction still matters to us. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will review the issue and, at our discretion, repair or remake your item.
