1. Pre-Shipment Quality Inspection

Before any order is shipped out, our quality control team carefully inspects each product and records a verification video. This process ensures that every item is confirmed to be in perfect condition prior to dispatch. We take product quality very seriously and ship only after confirming that the item meets our standards.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Your item may be returned if the following requirements are met:

  • The return request is made within 30 days from the date of purchase;
  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition;
  • The item is returned in its original packaging with all tags, inserts, and accessories.

Any item returned in a condition different from when it was shipped may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following categories are non-returnable:

  • Custom or made-to-order items;
  • Hazardous, flammable liquids or gases.

4. Custom Sewing Service

Products created through our custom sewing service are made specifically to your requirements. For this reason, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product arrives with a verified quality defect.

5. How to Start a Return

Before sending anything back, please contact us at support@nesticraft.com to receive the return authorization and the correct return address.

Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may only be eligible for a partial refund.

6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. You will also be informed whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your payment account or bank account again;
  2. Contact your credit card company—refund posting times vary;
  3. Contact your bank—processing times may delay the posting.

8. Exchanges

If you need to exchange your item for a similar product, please email us at support@nesticraft.com. Exchanges depend on stock availability.

9. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer;
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable;
  • If a refund is issued, any original shipping fees (if applicable) may be deducted.

The delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
