Once you approve the video, your order will be packed and shipped, and no further changes can be made.
Damaged or Defective Items
Although handmade orders are non-returnable, your satisfaction still matters to us. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will review the issue and, at our discretion, repair or remake your item.
